We are looking for a Business Administrator to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
A successful Business Administrator will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
As Business Administrator, main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records.
Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, and able to handle financial records and expenses. Must have working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
If you have previous experience as Business Administratoror similar Administrative role, we’d like to meet you.
Managing office supplies, stock and place orders
Preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Maintaining and updating company databases
Answering queries by employees and clients
Updating office policies and procedures
Maintaining a company calendar and schedule appointments
Arranging travel and accommodations
Supporting department managers, staff, and CEO
Organizing special functions and social events
Distributing and storing correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Preparing reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Organizing a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Preparing correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
Assisting other departments with administrative or clerical support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
Comfortable in both leadership and team-player role
Able to manage team members, and leads assistant meetings
Proven work experience as Office Administrator, Office Assistant or handling administrative responsibilities in a related field
Able to perform clerical duties, maintaining files and confidential information, organizing documents as needed
Highly organized who can multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize and pay attention to detail
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand
Able to organize and manage files, tasks, schedules, and confidential information
Answers phone inquiries and direct calls for executive team
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Suite Google workspace and others
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Human Resources Management or any other related field is preferred.
Professional certification in related field will be a plus.
